FAQs

How do I get ready for my appointment?

For Bridal appointments, we recommend any clinical treatments no later than a week before your appointment to allow for downtime. For general appointments, we ask that you come with freshly cleansed skin and moisturisers only. If you have a tan for your event, please ensure you have rinsed thoroughly to allow for correct colour matching.

How long will my makeup last?

The longevity of your makeup is based on your personal skin and activities. We recommend you avoid touching your face and use a tissue where needed to avoid scratching. On a general note, makeup can last anywhere between 8-10 hours.

How long does an appointment take?

Standard event makeup appointments range from 45 minutes to an hour based on the look requested. Bridal makeup appointments range up to an hour and 15 minutes for the most calming and relaxing experience as you prepare for your big day.

Do you allow for makeup trials?

Yes, we do. We provide trials for both event and Bridal makeup, if you would like to book one, please book and ensure you select the Trial appointment to avoid any confusion.

Which brands of makeup do you use?

We have an extensive kit of brands, shades, and types of makeup products used to achieve a variety of looks. If you have any allergies or concerns about specific products please let us know in advance. The selection of products used will be varied on the day depending on the look you are hoping to achieve.
